LEGO® Serious Play®
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) is a powerful and effective technique that uses LEGO® bricks as a tool to imagine, build, uncover, and understand conscious and unconscious perceptions. This is a hands-on technique that uses metaphors to facilitate communication and/or group discussion that ultimately provides a valuable insight into the audience’s thought process.
LSP® is based on three (3) simple ideas:
People are the key to a company’s success, or your target is the key to your brand’s success
Strategy is something you live, not something stored away in a document, which is what happens to most strategies
In any given meeting or discussion, 20% of the people do 80% of the talking.
LSP® was created to smash the third point and enable the first two, which is exactly why it was developed and implemented for top LEGO executives when they were tired of holding the same boring meetings time after time.
