Tammi Harrison
Strategy Consultant
With over two decades of marketing experience and a deep passion for championing the customer, Tammi brings a fresh strategic perspective to LBR Insight and its clients. Having built her career on both the client and agency sides of the industry, she has leveraged global market research throughout her journey to uncover insights, understand consumer behavior drivers and refine brand positioning.
Tammi began her career in advertising, working at various agencies where she met and collaborated with LBR founder Laura Radosh Butt. During this time, she honed her expertise in client management while working with global brands such as Sony, Gillette, Marriott, IKEA and Pfizer.
Her client-side experience spans a diverse range of business environments, from large-scale corporations to agile startups. She spent over a decade at American Express, where she built a strong foundation in integrated marketing across both B2B and B2C, holding various leadership roles. As a client, she spent countless hours in qualitative research back rooms (before virtual research became the norm), gaining deep insights into customer needs and refining marketing messaging.
After American Express, Tammi transitioned to Grubhub, where she led multiple functions including the market research team, overseeing both qualitative and quantitative research. During her time there, she engaged LBR to support key research initiatives. She later became a second-time LBR client when she joined the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) as SVP of marketing, where she spearheaded growth and retention efforts for a portfolio of education products in the health and wellness space.
For the past two years, Tammi has shifted her career path to prioritize motherhood and is now a marketing strategy consultant. She is excited to be working with the LBR team once again. When she’s not helping clients, you can find her practicing hot yoga or spending time with her daughter. Tammi holds a B.A. in psychology from Binghamton University and an MBA from NYU Stern.
