Prior to becoming a full-time market researcher and strategic planning consultant, Bob had extensive agency and market research experience,

Having held senior strategic planning roles at agencies such as BBDO and DMB&B. Most recently, he was EVP/Managing Director of Insight and Brand Strategy at Palio-Ignite, where he served on the agency's operating board and oversaw all research & analytics.

Bob has experience across a wide variety of sectors, including a breadth of consumer goods categories such as retail, automotive, energy, gaming, packaged goods and home electronics. 

Bob's qualitative research outings are high-energy, insightful and fun, informed by training/certification from research/facilitation, brand planning and creative thinking entities like RIVA, Headmint, Red Spider and Second City.

Bob has a BSBA in Business Administration and Communication Arts from Aquinas College and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Michigan State University.
